How to perfect the attack position!
How to Achieve the Perfect Attack Position on a Dirtbike
Follow these easy steps to improve your standing posture for better control and performance:
Feet: Keep the balls of your feet on the footpegs—not your arches or heels.
Toes: Point your toes inward to help grip the bike with your knees.
Knees: Ensure your knees align with your feet, never extending beyond your toes. Squeeze the center of the bike for stability.
Hips: Keep your hips unlocked to avoid unnecessary body movement.
Legs: Maintain a slight bend in your legs—don’t lock them straight.
Seat Position: Your hips should be pointed back towards the rear of the bike, creating a balanced stance.
Back and Body Posture: Keep your back straight but allow your upper body to lean forward over the bike for better control.
Elbows: Raise your elbows high, and to achieve this, point your wrists outward. Adjusting your levers inward can assist with this.
Head: Position your head over the handlebars, always keeping your eyes forward.
